Agreement
These terms cover your use of the Cueboard app, its keyboard and its share extension (“Cueboard”). Cueboard is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), together with these terms. If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies. By using Cueboard you agree to both.
Free and Pro
- Free includes 30 applied prompts each calendar month. A prompt counts when you tap Apply; writing, reading and refining a result don't.
- Pro trial. New users get two weeks of Pro features at no cost. No purchase or payment details are needed, and nothing is charged when it ends; you simply return to Free unless you subscribe.
- Pro gives unlimited applied prompts, monthly or yearly.
Subscriptions
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold as Pro Monthly (1 month) and Pro Yearly (1 year). Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore an existing subscription on a new iPhone with Restore Purchases in Cueboard's Settings.
What Cueboard writes
Cueboard uses AI models to rewrite the text you give it. Results can be wrong, incomplete or not what you meant. Read a result before you use or send it; you are responsible for what you apply and send, and for following the rules of the apps and services you use it in.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cueboard to create content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or that infringes other people's rights, and don't try to interfere with the service or the AI provider it relies on.
Your content
Your text stays yours. Cueboard processes it only to write results for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
Cueboard needs a network connection when it can't write on your iPhone, and features may change between versions. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use Cueboard after a change means you accept it.
Liability
Cueboard is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Cueboard or of the results it writes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that can't be limited.
